Drying
Whether you’re targeting dihydrate, hemihydrate or anhydrite forms, precise control over the hydration state is critical to your product’s performance. The DMR flash dryer, enables accurate thermal processing to achieve the required state—with minimal energy use and maximum product consistency.
The compact DMR system combines drying, de-agglomeration, milling and classifying in one machine. It’s particularly well-suited for producing hemihydrates used in building materials and industrial formulations, reducing both equipment footprint and operational complexity.
Wetting & Mixing
In construction-grade gypsum production, dry hemihydrate powder is rehydrated to form dihydrate plaster. Pre-wetting the powder accelerates this reaction and improves product uniformity. The Flexomix continuous mixer delivers excellent particle-level wetting—preparing the material for optimal hydration and shaping.
By uniformly distributing a small amount of water across all particles, the Flexomix enhances reactivity, workability and flow properties, making it ideal for gypsum-based formulations used in plasterboard, cement additives and more.
