Our specialists assess whether a pre-owned solution is technically and economically feasible and, where appropriate, help source suitable equipment from reliable suppliers, surplus installations, plant closures or process upgrades. This allows customers to benefit from proven process technology while reducing investment costs.
How it works
Every project starts with an assessment of your process requirements. If pre-owned equipment is considered a realistic option, our specialists identify and evaluate suitable equipment available on the market based on the required process, capacity, product characteristics and technical specifications.
Before any equipment is supplied, it is carefully evaluated by our engineers. Where technically and economically feasible, the machine can then be inspected, repaired, refurbished, upgraded and tested in our workshop in the Netherlands. Where appropriate, original Hosokawa Micron parts are used during refurbishment, backed by a full OEM warranty.
Customer-specific modifications, additional components, automation upgrades and control system improvements can also be incorporated where required. If desired, we can support integration into existing or new process lines, including installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
