Access Door
For easy inspection and cleaning of conical mixers and dryers, an access door can be installed in the vessel wall, providing safe and ergonomic access to the vessel's interior.
Charging Hopper
Ergonomic solution for manual loading conical mixers and dryers, available for single- or dual-operator use. Features a hinged valve, grate, and dust extraction connection. Vibrating grate and CIP nozzles optional.
CIP/SIP Cleaning
Hosokawa Micron offers a wide range of CIP (Clean-in-place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-place) solutions, including spray systems, tank cleaners, nozzles, and seals, tailored to suit your needs.
Intensifier Rotor
A high-speed rotor for conical mixers, preventing lump formation and eliminating dead zones. It ensures efficient liquid dispersion in powders and can replace multiple lump breakers.
ISEM Ball Segment Valve
A gas-, dust-, and liquid-tight discharge valve for conical mixers and dryers. It provides a full bore without flow resistance or static areas, and is easy to access and clean.
Liquid Injection
In conical mixers, liquids and oils can be injected via the hollow shaft directly before the mixing screw during the mixing process, ensuring thorough and even blending of liquids into the powders.
Lump Breaker
Prevents the formation of lumps and agglomerates in conical mixers and dryers. When not needed, it can be replaced by a plug that seamlessly fits the inner wall of the vessel, without edges or gaps.
Powder Finisher
A robust continuous de-agglomerator designed to reduce agglomerates and create a uniform product flow. With its high-speed rotor and sieve assembly, it processes bulk powders quickly and efficiently.
Sampler
Enables safe sampling during the process in conical mixers and dryers, even under pressure, vacuum, or high temperatures, without disrupting the process. Compatible with CIP/SIP systems.
