Vitomix Ribbon Screw Mixer
The Vitomix combines mid to low shear mixing with a gentle, compact design—ideal for medium-sized batches. Typical mixing times range between 1 and 3 minutes, resulting in a homogenous blend with minimal energy consumption.
Thanks to its dual ribbon screw design, the Vitomix achieves extremely precise distribution of feed additives—even when handling minor components or powders with widely varying bulk densities and particle sizes. Batch sizes up to 4 tonnes are available, offering high throughput without compromising accuracy.
