Agglomeration with the Flexomix System
Hosokawa’s Flexomix agglomeration system is a high-capacity, continuous mixer-agglomerator that produces free-flowing granules with a raspberry-like, open-pore structure. The result: instant agglomerates with excellent solubility, flowability and bulk density, making them ideal for downstream formulation or packaging.
By transforming fine metal salt powders into well-defined agglomerates, the Flexomix system improves dosing accuracy, reduces dust, and enhances storage and transport properties—key for high-performance ingredients used in food, chemicals and beyond.
