Nauta® conical screw mixer

The Nauta conical screw mixer provides gentle, high-accuracy mixing for dry powders and fragile ingredients. Its convective mixing principle ensures excellent homogeneity even when processing components with very different bulk densities.

For bakery premixes requiring the addition of fats or viscous liquids such as margarine, lecithin or oils, the Nauta mixer can be equipped with an intensifier. This high-speed mixing element breaks up agglomerates and distributes liquids uniformly throughout the powder mixture, ensuring consistent product quality and preventing visible spots or lumps in the final baked product.

Vitomix ribbon screw mixer

The Vitomix ribbon screw mixer combines fast mixing with adjustable shear intensity, enabling efficient blending of large volumes of bakery premix powders. The twin-screw design ensures strong powder circulation and enables the controlled addition of liquids such as oils, flavourings or emulsifiers during the mixing process.

Flexomix continuous vertical mixer

The Flexomix continuous vertical mixer enables highly homogeneous mixing of powders with liquids such as water, oils or liquid solutions. It can process a wide range of powder formulations and fluid viscosities, making it particularly suitable for bakery premix applications requiring accurate dosing and dispersion of liquid ingredients.
