The Air Jet Sieve complements the Hosokawa laboratory equipment portfolio with a reliable solution for particle size analysis of fine powders.

The NEXOPART Air Jet Sieve e200 LS is designed for accurate particle size analysis of fine, dry powders that are difficult to analyse using conventional sieve shakers. By combining a controlled vacuum with a rotating slotted nozzle, particles are gently deagglomerated and transported through a single test sieve, providing highly reproducible particle size analysis.

The Air Jet Sieve is particularly suitable for cohesive powders and materials with a high tendency to agglomerate. It is widely used for laboratory quality control, product development and research.
